npe4.jpgWhat's Hot! A number of integrated robotic solutions for injection molders will be on display. These workcells highlight the company's recent joint ventures with Innovative Products and Equipment (Lowell, MA) and with FANUC Robotics (Farmington Hills, MI).

In addition, the company will introduce a brand new sprue picker. Details, including specifications, will be released at the show.

Another new product will be an enhanced Model AZ-100HP three-axis servo robot. Unit features a new controller and new motors.

Existing Products On Display will include the AZ-100 Servo EXPRESS parts-removal robots, along with an AZ-500 low-profile Servo EXPRESS model. These robots are said to provide true three-axis servo motor control (not ac frequency or inverter) in standard 'off-the-shelf' and economical packages. They can be used on injection molding machines from 50 to 1500 tons.

Automated Assemblies robots can be seen in action in the following booths: Milacron (2949 and 2968), Moog (1468) and Sumitomo (6550, 6952, 6958).

Cool Booth Details The new Model AZ-100HP will perform a timed demonstration to show its speed for parts removal from the mold. Circle 213
