Melt indexer enhanced with automatic modes

The MP600 melt indexer calculates and displays resin flow rates and features a modular design for incorporating accessories. These add-ons allow multiple units to be controlled from one PC and provide automatic flow rate measurements using up to three different loads in one test. The indexer can perform manual operation tests or automatically timed tests and features a swing capability that moves the test weight away to prevent interference with machine cleaning. The indexer has a maximum operating temperature of 450C and uses two platinum temperature sensors. Available options include a lowering and lifting device, an automatic timing switch, a flow rate attachment, and data acquisition software.
