Conair?s exhibit at Plastics USA ?98 was its first since completing the merger of all of its divisions into a single organization. Its booth was a similar single source for a number of new product introductions of interest to injection molders, including the following:

? Cleaner, quieter, and more efficient open rotors are standard on Conair?s new CF series mid-range beside-press granulators and options on its LP and JC models.

m BAF series rotary-disk feeders, for machines under 100 tons, are for accurate volumetric control over rates down to a fraction of a gram per second.

? Sepro 3010 series beam robots come with a variety of different drive system solutions and can handle payloads to 3 kg on 50- to 150-ton presses.
