Vacuum Hopper Loader Operates On Various Types Of Auxiliary & Primary Equipment

The HL-1 vacuum hopper loader conveys virgin and regrind materials on all types of equipment, including dryers, blenders, injection molding machines, blow molding machines and small extruders. Maximum capacity is approximately 150 lb/hr.

Features include a 1 hp, 110 v ac vacuum motor enclosed in a soundproof shroud; stainless steel loader body mounted to a small just-in-time stainless steel machine hopper; compact solid-state control with a single potentiometer for adjusting conveying time; large discharge dump areas to eliminate bridging and a three-call alarm.

The loader head can be removed by unfastening the V-band for quick cleaning. Air-pulse operation cleans the filter and air-pulse, load and dump cycles are adjustable. Indicator lights display filter cleaning, conveying and discharge cycles. The HL-1 is priced at $1550.
