DVT upgrades machine vision software

The FrameWork 2.6 boasts major enhancements to DVT Corp.'s existing FrameWork software, the operating system for its machine vision products. FrameWork 2.6 offers, among other things, common interface to DVT SmartImage Sensors with enhanced usability and functionality; improved color learning options; XML communication for inspection data, which allows the meaning of values to be transmitted through the XML tags; improved Spectrograph SoftSensor; and the addition of Snowflake 2-D barcode reading with Postnet, RSS-14. and Code 93 1D barcode reading. The software features significant improvements in speed, memory usage, tools for SpectroCam systems, and other enhancements.
