Tra-Bond 342-3.5 is a low-viscosity epoxy adhesive that exhibits high bond strength and excellent thermal shock characteristics. Tra-Bond 342-3.5 forms strong, durable bonds to a wide range of substrates, including ferrite, metal, glass, leather, ceramic, rubber, concrete and many plastics. Tra-Bond 342-3.5 can be cured in 24 hours at room temperature or as quickly as 30 minutes at 120C. Once cured, the adhesive reportedly provides excellent electrical, mechanical, and thermal shock resistance.
