Oak Hill Capital Partners buys Berlin Packaging for $1.43 billion

Private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of Berlin Packaging, a supplier of rigid packaging products and services in North America. Oak Hill invested in partnership with Berlin Packaging's current management team, led by chairman and CEO Andrew Berlin, who retains a significant ownership position. Berlin and the current management team will continue to manage the business.Founded in 1898, Berlin Packaging has a broad offering of services includes structural and brand design, worldwide sourcing, warehousing and logistics and capital financing.
