Pregis opens new packaging plant in Mexico

“Mexico is experiencing significant growth in the manufacturing and fulfillment sectors. As a North American leader in providing protective packaging solutions, Pregis is in a unique position to supply the quality and inventory required to support these businesses. The facility’s location also makes it ideally-suited to supplement supply needs in the southern United States,” said Kevin Baudhuin, President and CEO.

Pregis also has a dedicated sales team in place to support the mounting needs in Mexico for on-demand, high efficiency protective packaging equipment systems. Pregis’ systems will help higher-volume Mexican businesses improve production efficiencies and reduce floor space needed to store protective packaging inventories, according to a statement from the company.
