A compact vacuum lifter that can be operated from any overhead hoist and features an adjustable pad attachment for lifting and installing heavy parts is new from Anver Corp. (Hudson, MA). It runs on 72-90 psi of dry, clean shop air and it has a large, ergonomic handle for lifting up to 1500-lb loads.Designated the VPFL4 Series, it features a vacuum pad attachment that provides a 12- to 18-inch adjustable vertical reach, and it only needs 8 inches of head room. Standard features include a vacuum attach-and-release slide control valve, leakage sensor, and more.
