Dosers for small IMMs, dryers for polycarbonate

The new model of the Piovan MDP masterbatch doser is the smallest, up to 2.5 kg/hr, for small tonnage molding machines. It features full dismantling for easy cleaning or moving between machines. The redesigned operator interface and functional logic allow monitoring the doser?s function and the hopper loader parameters.

CDN Optical Disc dryers, specialized for polycarbonate, use a new control board that is now standard on all the company?s dryers to send messages and alarms to a single graphics. A single interface controls parameters for both drying and feeding.
