Thanks to $17.063 million in incentives from the state of Florida, electronics contract manufacturer Jabil Circuit (www.jabil.com) announced it has decided to retain its headquarters and 1838 employees in St. Petersburg, FL and build a new $54 million manufacturing, research, and development facility there.
