Automated Assemblies is now offering customized automation workcells to complement its parts removal robots. This integrated packaging system is configured with the new AZ-360HP servorobot with multiple-cavity, end-of-arm tooling for reliable parts removal. After parts removal, the robot hands the parts to the accumulating portion of the system before they are presented to an integrated vision inspection station and packaged for shipping by a tabletop servorobot. System setup, operation, and monitoring menus are accessed though a full-size color CRT with touch-screen capability.
