DK11 styrene-butadiene copolymer can be used in coextruded breathable film for CO2 transmission, without perforations. Such structures are for packaging tomatoes, prepared lettuce, and salads. Coextruded with metallocene polyethylene on the outer layers (no tie layers are needed), K-Resin DK11 provides a film with good sealing properties and high gloss. It has high thermal stability and a broad processing window. Chevron Phillips Chemicals International N.V., Brusselsesteenweg 355, B-3090 Overijse, Belgium www.cpchem.com/k-resin
