Smart Machines & Moulds Pvt. Ltd launches new fully automatic blowmolding machine

Blowmolding machinery just got a whole lot smarter with the launch of Smart Machines & Moulds Pvt. Ltd.'s fully automatic blowmolding machine with auto de-flashing and in-mold labeling (AD + IML Series) machines. The new AD + IML Series machine features low power consumption and simple, user-friendly operation. With a robust design and higher efficiency, the new AD + IML machines are suitable for producing HDPE, PP & LDPE containers with consistency and good quality, according to Smart Machines.

The Auto De-flashing (AD) attachment provided inline de-flashing of the product automatically, eliminating the typical manual process, saving post operations time and the necessity of skilled labor for this operation, the company said.

The in-mold labeling (IML) operation further reduces the post operation processes of printing and applying labels, which means the product is ready for delivery right out of the machine. This not only saves operating costs but the costs of storing inventory for customers resulting in higher throughput.
