FSL 7586/40 is a two-component fluorosilicone elastomer designed for automotive under-the-hood and powertrain applications. The material boasts improved resistance to lubricants and fuels, and low compression set without post-cure operations. The translucent, easily-colorable material features a 40 Shore A hardness, 725 psi tensile strength, 114 ppi tear strength, and a 17 compression set.
