In a release, Hennecke CEO Rolf Trippler said his company now has greater flexibility in raw material systems since its break from Bayer, allowing users to employ all common cast systems. “Thanks to our fully independent position towards all raw material suppliers,” Trippler says, “we can use whatever system best suits the specific demands of our individual customers. That increases quality and customer satisfaction in equal measure.” Bayer, which acquired Hennecke in 1975, announced plans to divest the company in 2007, eventually selling it to private equity firm Adcuram. —[email protected]
