From existing low-rate additive feeders, Colorblend Standard and Colorblend Quick, evolves the new Colorblend Quick Duo, which offers accurate and consistent low feed rates of .1g per cycle or .25 lb/hour. It is a synchronized, digital dosing system designed to precisely dose two plastic additives or regrind (either in pellet or powder form) at the same time on any molding machine. Its modular design simplifies material changeover while quick disconnects allow the operator to lift off one or both additive stations. Spare stations allow immediate changeover. Various size adapters are available to accommodate hopper loader configurations. The new Colorblend Quick Duo costs about $5900.
