AEC (Wood Dale, IL) says that the TDH-6 temperature control, which is available with several combinations of heater sizes and pumping rates, is designed and balanced to ensure high sensitivity and an instanta- neous reaction to temperature changes. The system?s standard features include pumping rates of 90, 150, or 200 gpm, 50-200-kW heaters, heat exchangers from 3.9-21 ft2, and a temperature range up to 550ºF, as well as the E5AK 1?4-DIN control. Control options include mechanical seal pump, auto vent, auto shutdown, manual bypass, shell and tube heat exchanger, and the advanced controller package.
The package includes a PID control for heating and cooling; a four-line-by-20-character LCD display; setpoint; displays for to-process, from-process, and DT; start, stop, vent, and alarm silence switches; and a triac output for heating and cooling.?RN
