The latest iteration of a process management software package features enhanced modules for family tool and labor tracking, as well as SPC quality management. Within V4.10, each module provides its own feature set, configuration tools, and real-time metrics that are accessible via the core database, which is used across the network. The family tool tracking option assigns unique part identifiers to each cavity of a tool. V4.10?s labor tracking module allows users to automatically collect, forecast, and report labor according to variables like machine rate, job, shift, or employee. For improved SPC, the software provides the ability to analyze and compile part-process synchronization and documentation to meet customer requirements. The module can compare data by machine, shift, material lot, or any user-defined field. Real-time charting, feedback, and alarms signal malfunctioning processes. Reports can be customized to show improvements by week, month, or quarter, and all charts and reports can be created in HTML for access via the Internet or a local network.
