Moulding machines bring significant advantages

Article-Moulding machines bring significant advantages

New NGH series moulding machines, which range from 50 to 1,200 tons, have a completely modular design that makes them suitable for both simple and complex applications. The manufacturer says these machines have an efficient hydromechanical mould closing unit, are highly accurate, and are ergonomic and silent in use. Various configurations are available, notably in multi-injection form, including two injection units in parallel, L-shaped structure, combined horizontal and vertical injection, rotating table, etc.

The NGH series also features a user-friendly multiprocessor controller, the Module 4.02, which offers modern electronics with graphical presentation on a Windows-type colour monitor screen. It is readily accessible to all operators and comes with built-in oscilloscope and quality control functions. Depending on the user?s requirements, different levels of regulation are offered, ranging from linear proportional control with closed loop servocontrol of injection pressures and velocities, to integral control using injection servovalves with automatic correction of the fluctuations due to variations in material viscosity. A 140-tonner costs US$ 109,000.
